How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery on all orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a flat delivery fee applies at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yebo. We deliver to all major centres and most outlying areas across South Africa.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If something's not right, we'll sort it out. You have 7 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Eish. That's not on. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. No arguments.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer gift packaging on selected items. Look for the gift wrap option on the product page or at checkout.
